You can easily report damages, malfunctions or irregularities in the building online. Our service team will take care of your concern as soon as possible.

Contact & activation of your access
By clicking on “Contact us” you send your contact details to our service team.

For verification, please enter your first and last name as well as your tenant number.

In addition, we need your phone number and your email address so that we can contact you. After review, your personal access will be activated and you can submit your requests directly in the ticket system.

Note on possible allocation of costs:
In the course of checking and remedying a reported defect, costs may arise. If it turns out that the damage was caused by a breach of contract, improper use or any other behavior for which you are responsible, or that there is no technical or structural defect, the inspection and repair costs incurred may be passed on to you as the tenant, in whole or in part.

What you can report

Please describe your issue as precisely as possible and, if you can, add pictures.

Typical examples of reports:

Defective lighting, doors or locking systems
Heating, ventilation or sanitary facilities not working
Damage in stairwells, underground car parks or outdoor areas
Contamination or hazards in the building
